Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping isn't available yet.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and transit generally takes another 4–7 business days after that. Total delivery usually lands around 5–10 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking information. It can take a day or so to activate after your package is handed to the carrier.
What are your business hours?
We're open Tuesday–Thursday, 10 AM–5 PM; Friday, 10 AM–4 PM; and Saturday, 10 AM–3 PM. We're closed Sunday and Monday.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@rushhourclothingco.store with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No — return shipping is free on all approved returns.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
How long do refunds take?
Since we run on Cash on Delivery, we don't hold any card details from checkout. Once your return is inspected and approved, we'll collect your bank details and process your refund within 7 business days.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We operate on Cash on Delivery — you pay in cash directly to the courier when your order arrives, so no online payment is needed at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Since we don't collect card, bank, or online payment details through our website, there's no sensitive payment information stored on our servers.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge if the request is submitted before 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) on the same day the order was placed. After this cutoff, or once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — you'll need to receive the package and return it through the standard 30-day return process.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Reach out right away if you spot an error — we can't guarantee a change once an order has entered processing.
