Payment
Rush Hour Clothing Co operates on Cash on Delivery. No online payment, card, or bank information is collected through our website — you pay the courier directly in cash when your order arrives. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, following our operating hours: Tuesday through Thursday, 10 AM–5 PM; Friday, 10 AM–4 PM; and Saturday, 10 AM–3 PM. We're closed Sunday and Monday. Transit generally takes 4–7 business days after processing, putting total delivery at roughly 5–10 business days. We currently ship within the United States only. Returns and Refunds
Eligible items can be returned by mail within 30 days of delivery, provided they're unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is free on all approved returns. Since payment is collected in cash at delivery, refunds are issued by direct bank transfer once a return is received and inspected. Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or style, return your original item through the standard process, and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge as long as it hasn't started processing. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it can't be canceled — you'll need to receive it and follow our standard return process instead.
Accuracy of Information
We work to keep our website accurate and up to date, but occasional errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability can happen. When they do, we reserve the right to correct the information, update the listing, or cancel any orders affected by the error.
